Uniform

My office has this stupid uniform and we're expected to wear every Monday and Thursday. The color is pretty much like a factory worker in Japan, not to mention its thick fabric that makes it really really uncomfortable. I guess the designer forget we're living in the tropical land. My cut is not fitted and I feel embarrassed wearing it. I mean, we're working for the highest level people in this country and our uniform is sucking? Terrific!
Seriously, I didn't sign up for a uniform job. But, if I had to, I'd better wear something really classy, but comfortable (but also appropriate to my belief). I'm sure that our appearance affects the way we do our job. At least when we feel good about how we look, we cut unnecessary time lost to be inferior and can focus on the job. for me, This has nothing to do with people's opinion. I love my appearance well and my fashion choice is barely influenced by people's gossip. So, when I had to/ accidentally had to wear unfitting clothes, I feel bad about myself. It's poking me from inside and I stuck thinking about it.
Well, some people looks good in a uniform. Like Li XunRan. Of course, it has a lot to do with his body and face. Also my illogical bias toward him. But, he does looks amazing.

Okay, I'm making excuses here. I really really don't like wearing uniform. That's all. Intelligent people are less likely to conform, right?

The uniform is really not my thing. I mean, we'd been wearing a uniform at school for 12 years to try shaping one attitude: tolerance. And I think it's enough. I know it's some kind of propaganda so that students would feel similar and not asking for more. When people assesses other people is getting the same, they feel satisfaction. However, that's the mind of socialist and Indonesia is not a socialist country.
