The white plastic was dancing blown by the wind. It was 5.35 am and the sky doesn't seems like it's waken up yet. Gloomy clouds are everywhere, along with fickle wind. People, stay save!

I can blame it when I can hear people coughing here and sneezing there. It's a bad weather out there. Even the strongest man can fall on flu, right? In this kind of situation, we need to take the best intervention to protect ourself. What to do?


DRINK
I've been drinking hot chocolate at night lately. Hot water is good. Also lots of water because it seems like water is the cure for everything.


ENOUGH MEAL
Never skip breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's not time to think of diet, y'know! I realize that our body has amazing notification system. Whenever I'm hungry, it send me alarm by headache. haha


SLEEP WELL
Nah, this shouldn't be so hard to do because it's been raining all night. It feels best to be inside your blanket, right?


WORKING OUT
Well, at least get moving. Take a walk. I'm still trying to keep up with TETSUYA's Adidas Training.
