A senior of mine just got a small surgery. She removed a benign tumor around her neck. Doctor said that it was because of monoton working pose. Yeah, she (like the other researchers) spend lots of time typing on PC. Mostly, she didn't move enough to let her muscle breathe. Isn't that scary?
Apparently, the case seems to happen to other researchers. One had it on his hand. The other got tumor planted on her back. Ugh.

I believe tumor is not the only disease prevalent to my colleagues. As the one closest to attendance list, I find simultaneous casualties from several people to be sick. Some had headache, other usually got stomached. I can even see the disease pattern that causing them taking a sick leave at least once in two weeks. Wow, isn't that pitiful?

Health is one of the most important thing in one's life. You can be rich,  you can have great position, you can have handsome husband and cute children, but if you're always fall, I bet your life is unhappy.

As for worker with less of physical action (mostly white-collar), it's important to get your body moves. My doctor suggests small training for every several hours to relax my shoulders. Oh, I take it further. I choose a tour around my buildings to smoother my body.
I'm not a sport addict. I can easily find reason to skip my Saturday jogging for small rain. Haha. It happened last week. But, I realize that it's back. If I want to keep fresh I need to workout. Lucky I found interesting Adidas Training from youtube. It was a 6:31 minutes long training instructed by EXILE TETSUYA. Whuaah! love it.
The moves are based on EXILE's songs: Wish, I wish For you and Choo Choo Train. Though it's only a short time, I was drawn in sweat. Can't believe that EXILE guys do it everyday. Ah, no wonder they have such great body.
