I usually come to the veggie woman with blank mind. Unlike  (probably) housewives, I never have specific cuisine to make. Thus, I just pick the ingredients that attract me. XD. I just start thinking what to make when I was standing in front of the stove.



Since I don't have refrigerator yet, I usually keep potatoes and canned food. There are always time when I don't want to go out, like today. Thus, I just make whatever from my left ingredient.


What's great to live alone is that you just need to make small portion. Only the one fit for one meal time. Therefore, I try my best to avoid wasted food. As I stated in my earlier posts, I find cooking as fun experience. Thus, I always cook for one meal time only: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It might take more time if you look it from the view point of a working wife. But, I only cook in MLN, so I have plenty of time. Plus, I'm doing it for my heart's content. 

It's really different from my Mom's style. Since she worked in another town, she usually prepare a week's portion of food. My father can heat it whenever he wanted. But, I guess freshly made food is the best, right? Therefore, only working woman have privilege of making such refrigerator friendly food. Housewives should always provide warm meal from the family. Isn't that the reason they stay at home?
