Rephrasing your problem won't give any good

i believe it's a hard time for everyone

My mom's house is surrounded by haze. MLN is out of water. My colleagues are having hard time dealing with our new project. Life is not easy. Everyone is suffering.

It's not easy for me to complain, because I know people are dealing with their own problems. I'm so afraid that mine would add to their burden. Moreover, I believe that rephrasing the problem will only make things heavier. It's like a prayer, like, a chant to your soul.

Isn't it lots of management trick use whisper to yourself to motivate? Same thing happen when you keep talking about your problem. It becomes big and bigger.

I remember old saying in a movie, "I'm afraid if I said it, it'll become true." Word is power. If the word is repeated, it gives power to believe. Thus, let us just talk good thing to our mind. 

May we all given power to struggle today.
