Even if you persist

After several planting failures, I realize that I'm not the best gardener. I'm too busy, too rough or too lazy. The plants often last only for 3 months. Most of them. Now I know which plants to take and which to avoid. The ones that need extra care are forbidden. Those who can search their own energy even when I abandon them for days are my love. 

Even so, sometimes I just can't hold it and pick the fragile cute plants. Watching their small stem grow and bears flower give new energy to my soul. They might not last forever, but one day one of them might resist.

The same method should apply to work life. You can't expect everything to be smooth and everyone to compliance. Even if you keep following your work ethic and show discipline, you can't be sure everyone will be motivated to do the same. But, as soon as you're getting tired of being firm and professional, everything starts falling down. You lowered yourself to their level. Hey, at least you've done your best. When the result appears, you don't anyone for being slacker.
