in an attempt to count my books

"How many books do you have?"

Well, if you asked me 3 weeks ago, I only had a vague answer for that. Probably 500. I don't know. I never count. Buuuut, I had this urge to put everything on my shelf and put them in alphabet order. While doing that, why not take the chance to register? So, I downloaded an app called "Book Catalogue" from google play and start scanning ISBN.

It's  not the best way because the scan can't work best in minimum light. Typing the ISBN is much faster to find the book. As soon as the app recognize ISBN, it shows the title, author, pages, publisher to the notes whether I finished reading or not. It's handy.

Since my books are stored in various places, including the box which I never opened since I moved in, it took 2 weekends to sort them all.

Well, this is 95% of everything. It's 581 books. I think there are mangas in the box...somewhere. But, that's next weekend's part.

PS: these are just the books in MLN, I think I have similar amount in my mom's house. Nah.
