It's still Syawal, how's your life so far?
My Ramadhan shaped my healthy eating and I like it. I had full-course breakfast, but only fruit-veggie juice for fast breaking. I feel lighter than before. Some friends even said I look slimmer. Well, that's not my goal, though. It's just a bonus of better lifestyle.
Even so, I don't want to be skinny like Lily Collins in "To The Bone". It's scary. It's obviously not healthy. Why would people torture their body?

Skinny is not my kind of aesthetics. When you lack meat in your body, you lack ability to support it. There's minimum requirement to function normally, right? When you're too big, it's hard to move. When you're too light, well you're not strong enough.
I don't want to be light. I don't want to weight less than 50kg. That'd be double loss for me: (1) Because I'd miss the chance to participate in blood donation, (2) then, I'd not have chance to replenish my dirty blood.

Do you?
