Any restaurant needs to hold a competitive advantage in order to survive. However, the delicacy is not the only thing that makes people come over. A restaurant is not only selling food, but also the service.

On my last visit to Pancious, I felt overwhelmed. I've been to the place from time to time but still take the time to inspect the menu. I decided to try menu I haven't eaten before and mention several dishes. When I read the bailey's on the menu, the waitress quickly responded, " Bailey's has 2% of alcohol."
You see hearing that is as same as "the drink contains 2 mg of cyanide" to me. lol. I don't consume alcohol and the waitress is smart enough to mention it. I give her 2 thumbs. I appreciate how she preciously taken care the customer. That kind of attitude is what makes me a loyal one.

I've been to other provinces where Muslims are the minority and encounter various sellers with similar good attitude. Once in Manado, my research group picked a seafood restaurant for dinner and the chef said, "we're cooking pork here". We smiled and said thank you. Not only that she knew we're not eating pork, she also understood that we're not eating any other things cooked in the same crock where pork is produced.
On another cafe in Bali, the master informed that pasta I'm trying to order contains pork. Nice.
Muslim has specially guarded choice of consuming food. You are what you eat, right? Knowing this, Halal food has been a rising trend in all over the world. Even outside Indonesia, the halal trip is a competitive advantage.
